Work carried out: Foundations and groundworks, internal concrete hardstanding, superstructure steel and cladding, new access roads and footpaths, ducting and services.

Private developers T Watts Properties required full development of a site. We have constructed a new building 40m x 20m that will transform the land into a new renal unit for the NHS.

Our work involved completing all groundworks and foundations for this contract , building the steel structure for the carcass of the building, before cladding it to provide a fully functioning industrial unit.

Work included drainage, ducting, new access roads and footpaths and installation of all utilities including gas, water, telecommunications, and street lighting.
